Le Puits du trésor is aptly named: located in a brownfield site on the banks of the Orbiel, this gastronomic restaurant has its Michelin star thanks to the talent of its chef Jean-Marc Boyer. With its huge fireplace and its incredible view of the castles of Lastours, the restaurant offers a cuisine with a Mediterranean flavour and a strong sense of escape and authenticity. According to the chef's creations and the seasons that punctuate them, the dishes liberate the senses and the imagination and reveal the treasures of the local harvest and the culinary art.

Excellente cuisine mais service à améliorer fortement. Bien que sympathiques, deux serveurs ne parlaient pas français, le troisième était trop familier dans son attitude et ne connaissait absolument pas la carte des vins, et ouvrant le champagne comme une bouteille d'eau plate avec les conséquences que l'on peut imaginer.
Le personnel serait parfait dans une brasserie mais pas à la hauteur d'un étoilé Michelin.
Nous avons malgré tout passé un bon moment.

Accueil super agréable, ambiance jazz en fond, une carte simple, mais alors, les plats ! Ni restreints, ni volumineux, encore moins inabordable, c'est une table à recommander sans aucune hésitation.
Tomates du gaspacho, directement tirés du potager en contrebas, de la truite issu d'une pisciculture juste au dessus et cuite parfaite.
