La Friterie de Sacha et Virginia is a snack bar offering a wide range of homemade products at any time of the day, where regular residents of the Chalets and tourists who have come to the beach for the day rub shoulders in a good atmosphere. After a good afternoon's swimming, what would you say to a nice vegetarian salad on the terrace or, to take away, a Nutella-banana panini? To you Americans, tacos, fries, pizzas, burgers, pancakes, Pôle Sud ice cream (artisanal ice cream maker from Aude) or homemade waffles! Everything is prepared on the spot, the fresh products have to be earned a little.
