On the site of the island of Saint-Martin, seafood lovers are in paradise: visits to the salt works, restaurant, bar with panoramic terrace, shop, and of course, takeaway sales. On-site, you will find passionate people who will explain the entire oyster production process to you. From the spat to your plate, you will know the whole path of the Gruissan oyster, which grows partly in the Thau pond (in our Hérault neighbours) until you obtain an ideal size and the taste we know them. In the new takeaway sales area, don't hesitate to order a few dozen shellfish for the holidays or all year round, just for the pleasure of tasting them...
