Frank and Sophie chose the port of Gruissan to open Plancha'Voile. We love the decor of the dining room and the terrace overlooking the port. In the kitchen, Franck prepares homemade seasonal dishes using fresh produce. While the Plancha'Voile salad is a real hit with its beef tartar toasts, others will opt for the tête de veau with gribiche sauce, a fish or a fine meat à la plancha.
