Pol Ruel's bistronomic cuisine makes the most of local produce. Nice work in the kitchen and intimate setting.
When a chef cooks with passion and commitment, you can't help but agree, and that's certainly the case with Pol Ruel. Here, we eat home-cooked dishes made from fresh produce that's as local as possible. Plates feature fish freshly caught off the coast of Gruissan and fruit and vegetables from the local market. Generous dishes such as octopus cooked at low temperature, risotto and chorizo cream. Conviviality and gourmandise are the watchwords here.

Open all year round. Sunday lunch. Low season: Wednesday to Saturday lunch and dinner. High season: lunch every day and on public holidays; dinner from Tuesday to Sunday and on public holidays. Children's menu: €13. Wine by the glass. Menus €39 and €47, starters €14 to €17, main courses €26 to €31 and desserts €8. Terrace. Entertainment. High chair.

Una cena espectacular, pedí el pulpo y estaba buenísimo. El local buen ambiente y bonita decoración.
3 noix de st jacques avec une mini purée de carottes 25 euro

Ce n est pas un restaurant gastro loin de la Et Il faut vraiment évite , !!!!
Jamais manger si mal pour un tél tarif , « attrape touriste « !!!
Une excellente cuisine avec des frites maison, sans aucune attente.
Le dessert au top et pour couronner le tout, un rhum arrangé offert par la maison.
