Its rooms and suites offer a relaxing change of scene. The chef offers Mediterranean-style cuisine, with dishes cooked on vine shoots that will make your taste buds dance, accompanied by wines from the estate. Seasonal cuisine can be enjoyed in the dining room by the fireplace, or on the terrace overlooking the vines and the sea. Low season: open Thursday and Friday evenings; Saturday lunch and dinner; Sunday lunch. Dinner concert Saturday evening (except January). Reservations recommended. Menus from €34 to €54 (taster menu at €54 with food and wine pairing). Children's menu: €11. Wine by the glass. Sunday brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.: €35 (or €47 with entrance to Espace Balneoludique Gruissan). For your events all year round: seminars, group meals, weddings, gala evenings...
