Just a stone's throw from the border of the Hérault department, in the Minervois, the pretty village of Ginestas awaits you. Don't be fooled by the small number of inhabitants (around 1,300) or the small number of shops, the atmosphere here is provided by establishments such as l'Oncle Jules. This address on the Grand Rue is one of the city's biggest hangouts. Here, locals and the curious come to enjoy reasonably priced wines, gourmet tapas (black pudding platter, chicken satay bites...) and the very friendly atmosphere of the service, especially on concert nights.
