Here in the Montagne Noire, lovers of good food have their own address in the heart of nature: it's in the heart of the Loubatière forest that the Auberge de Pantouquet has made its reputation as a gîte and restaurant. A restaurant where parents treat themselves as much as children, they can play outside between the dishes while parents take their time by regaling lobster pastis or egg stinks with foie gras as a starter.
