Remarkable by its beauty and mineral richness, the cave of Aguzou tours in the form of a speleological hike, in groups of 8 to 12 people, accompanied by Philippe Moréno, sports educator and curator of the geological nature reserve right opposite the town of Fontanès-de-Sault. The cavity, classified and protected, is in the natural state. The course is sporty but without excessive difficulty. Get ready! Triangular crystals, aragonites, stalactites, stalagmites, eccentric, prismatic candles aged thousands of years: you're going to be amazed!

Open all year by reservation. Rates underground hiking: for a day €50, with the half-day €25, children reduced rates. Equipment provided – helmet, lighting, combination. Children admitted as from 10 years.

Une visite de grotte atypique

Le conservateur/guide qui dispose lui seul des clés est une personne attentionnée et qui s'adapte à son public. J'ai testé la journée en immersion dans le monde souterrain, c'est une expérience unique et dépaysante. J'ai adoré le pique-nique à la chandelle et des concrétions préservées et uniques. Idéal pour la prise de photos macro et les sportifs y trouveront leur compte également. Vaut le détour.
