David Prevel is a demanding chef, his plates are superbly prepared and his cooking follows the seasons. His creativity has been rewarded many times, notably with the regional prize for innovation for his revisited cassoulet. From the starter to the dessert, you will be enchanted by the homemade semi-cooked foie gras and its vanilla tomato jam, the springtime roast veal, to the dark chocolate feuillantine and praline crunch. An unmissable address for epicureans.
