The Marbre et Terroir eco-museum was born of the desire of the people of Caunes to showcase the village's renowned heritage. Housed in a former industrial shed, the museum's collections focus on Caunes marble, viticulture and period tools. The museum exhibits numerous works and samples, as well as evoking the history of marble, from its formation to its extraction, through to its modification for material or artistic use.
