Every first Sunday of December the producers of the department have been meeting in Castelnaudary for almost thirty years for this friendly day. You can buy duck breasts, confits, foie gras, capons, pâtés, gourmet canned food... directly from breeders from Lauragais, Ariège and even Dordogne! It is the Aude's most important foire au gras, and its reputation has been established: nearly 10,000 shoppers come for this annual event. Do not miss this gourmet weekend!
