Hotel-restaurant offering local cuisine including home-made cassoulet.

Castelnaudary's Hôtel de France is over 100 years old. Since the turn of the century, it has been a restaurant serving Cassoulet terrine. Many celebrities have frequented it. We can't help quoting Sacha Guitry: "Castelnaudary's Cassoulet was so good, that when I ate it, I thought I was eating myself! A true capital of cassoulet, Castelnaudary is an essential stopover in Occitanie. This recently-renovated hotel has 17 rooms with all modern comforts, including en suite bathroom, wifi and Canal+, and a restaurant featuring local cuisine where you can sample homemade cassoulet. Several rooms are also available for seminars, banquets or business meals!
