Le Gueuleton de Castelnaudary is like every other Gueuleton in France: it's all about mouth-watering dishes and the French gentleman farmer look. You'll be seduced by this beautiful building at the foot of the Lauragais hills, away from the town, built around a majestic fireplace devoted to grills, next to a no less imposing bar, with 110 regional references. The most surprising feature is undoubtedly the meat bar, which gives the place its letters of nobility, and proves that we are indeed in the den of bon vivants.

Les viandes sont du qualités incroyables, je n'ai jamais mangé une aussi belle pièce. Celle-ci se découpe très aisément et fond dans la bouche ! Elles sont en quantités limités et on comprend pourquoi.
Les menus le midi sont aussi réussis.
Le personnel est également très serviables.
Je vous recommande vivement cet endroit !

Quelle trouvaille ! Une cuisine excellente, un personnel sympathique et une ambiance géniale. Je ne m'attendais pas à trouver une si bonne cuisine hors des sentiers battus. Les gens du coin le connaissent manifestement car le parking était plein. Beaucoup de bœuf vieilli à choisir mais nous avons opté pour le menu du jour qui était parfait.
