Henri Moreno, with over 30 years' experience, is the only artisan potter-modeler-ceramist in the town of Castelnaudary. Using smooth red earthenware, he creates cassoles (cassoulet dishes), as well as original works using the glazed clay technique: Occitan crosses, culinary dishes, tableware, vases, ornamental ceramics and chamotte-based kiln dishes adorn his workshop-boutique. Push open the door and discover another world where the original beauty of the earth is brought back to life.
