Here's an excellent "gastronomique" in the heart of Corbières, with a pretty Scandinavian-style dining room, a pleasant terrace, a fine wine cellar, original dishes and a warm welcome. A passionate chef who likes to spoil his customers and works in cooperation with local producers. The dishes are presented with great care. We loved the poached egg, in this case with chorizo cream, but with seasonal variations. The fricassee of kidneys and sweetbreads, flambéed with cognac, is standard fare, and the finger dish is a real treat.

Très bon restaurant, très bien placé avec une belle vue sur le paysage. Une cuisine excellente un service au top, le personnel et les patrons très sympathique et à l'écoute du client. Je vous le recommande sa vaut largement son détour

Lieu incontournable, à proximité de Villeneuve les Corbières, ce petit restaurant est absolument fabuleux, la cuisine est excellente, raffinée et savoureuse, tout est à prendre sans hésitation... faites le detours vous ne serez pas déçus.
