Gastronomic restaurant with terrace in the heart of Corbières where the chef spoils his customers according to the seasons in Cascastel-des-Corbières

Here's an excellent "gastronomique" in the heart of Corbières, with a pretty Scandinavian-style dining room, a pleasant terrace, a fine wine cellar, original dishes and a warm welcome. A passionate chef who likes to spoil his customers and works in cooperation with local producers. The dishes are presented with great care. We loved the poached egg, in this case with chorizo cream, but with seasonal variations. The fricassee of kidneys and sweetbreads, flambéed with cognac, is standard fare, and the finger dish is a real treat.
