CÔTÉ Resto has quickly established itself as an essential reference in the Haute Vallée. We love the place for its quality cuisine made from fresh produce, and for the panoramic view of the Pyrenees mountain range. You'll also have a view of the large open kitchen. Dishes to share as an aperitif: Iberian ham croquettes, panko shrimps, semi-cooked salmon... and to continue, how about beef tartare, pork pluma or just-seared tuna? A short menu, a lunchtime special and the excellent wines of Domaine Gayda.

Restaurante dentro del Domain Gaya, con un buen salon y la cocina abierta. Pocas opciones vegetarianas pero el trato del personal fue maravillosos en todo momento.

4 étoiles pour laisser toujours une marge de progression ! Nos escapades sur Limoux passent par Gayda où effectivement la cuisine, le service et l'ambiance nous conviennent parfaitement. Et aux beaux jours, le spectacle des vignes, des oliviers et aux loin des sommets des Pyrénées occitanes nous en met plein la vue. A bientôt.
