Nestled in an alleyway in the old village, Le Portanel guarantees a tasty meal with a breathtaking view over the pond. Behind the stove, master restaurateur Jean-Christophe Rousseau concocts a bold cuisine that pays tribute to local fish. The star of the show, of course, is the eel, the pond's emblem! On the tasting menu, with a glass of wine to match each dish, eel is available in terrine, narbonnaise, bourride, civet... The garrigue dessert concludes the meal. The "clin d'œil" meal focuses on the terroir.
