CHATEAU LA GRAVE
La Grave has been part of the holding of Jean-François Orosquette's family since 1978, and the vineyard is mainly located on the territory of AOC Minervois. In the family, they practice reasoned culture but they refuse any labeling, just to remain independent in their choices: a clear and thought refusal to get into the strait jackets. This does not prevent from innovating. As proof, the "O Marie" cuvée, a production limited but has already been awarded, where grenache dominates and syrah underlines. The "Privilège" range, with explosive and warm nose, with the scents of cherry with alcohol, spices, vanilla, jammy red fruits, cocoa and violet, is available in red and white, and "Tristan and Julien", bottled in spring, is to drink quickly, and is a summer wine that will deliciously accompany your grilled meats. When it comes to "Expression", the range is available in all colors - red, rosé and white.
