Vignerons for eight generations, the Guéry operate an area of 35 ha. In a user-friendly cellar, we discover a complete and varied palette of beautiful products (wine and wine from the countries of Oc, red and white, assemblages and wines of grape varieties), under the name of Château Guéry and Serre de Guéry. It is imperative: minervois Château Guéry, Cuvée Les Eolides, a masterpiece, gold medal at the Vienna International Competition, Austria, for the 2002, silver medal for the 2005 and gold medal at the competition of Grands Vins du Languedoc 2010 (vintage 2008). We are also charmed by the aromatic expression of the 3 vintages of white wine (viognier, chardonnay and Sauvignon) which are of remarkable regularity. The house's originality is a 100% petit verdot called the Eloi Spirit. Being the last of the family, we can observe the pun with Montesquieu's work «From the spirit of laws», Montesquieu being like the petit, of Bordeaux origin. However, René Henry decided to bottle it in a Burgundian bottle. Pure pleasure!
