Le Chat qui Pêche is located on the canal-side port of Argeliers, in a pretty, bucolic setting. One of the charms of this restaurant is its "vinyl" musical atmosphere, where you can choose and play a record. Its original cuisine blends world and local flavours. A convivial concept of dishes to share is proposed. Suggested dishes include duck confit egg rolls, scallop lollipops with foie gras, trout gravlax, pork gyoza with Thai broth or lightly matured beef T-bone.

La carte est intéressante et Julien a traduit pour nous et ils ont adapté les plats car je suis végétarienne. Le concept est de choisir 4 plats et de partager si vous le souhaitez. Nous l'avons aimé!

Wow! The restaurant is set next to the canal du Midi and the ambience is laid-back chic. The menu is interesting and Julien translated for us and, they adapted dishes as I'm a vegetarian. The concept is to choose 4 dishes and share, if you want to. We loved it!
The food, wine and the service were outstanding! We will return.

A special place, with very dedicated people. Love it. Need to reserve cause frequently full. Not open year round. But the food is the best in the region. Special, while eating there weakly. ????
