Un hôtel situé sur l'axe Quillan - Carcassonne en pleine verdure avec des arbres millénaires qui vaut le détour. L'hôtel et le restaurant sont nichés dans un magnifique petit village médiéval où le temps semble s'être arrêté. La gastronomie est locale et j'adore la proximité avec l'Aude qui apporte fraicheur et quiétude. Je recommande les chambres très calmes.
