The way it works is simple: you shop on the site for a wide range of local, new and sometimes little-known drinks, choose your delivery slot and enjoy your aperitif. Once the bottles have been emptied - although not all at once, unless you're from Alsace - they're collected on the next delivery round, and the virtuous cycle is set in motion.
