3 star restaurant offering Champagne gastronomy with noble products in Tinqueux
A Mecca of Champagne gastronomy, Arnaud Lallement's Michelin-starred restaurant is a must for all fine gourmets. A gustatory journey that takes you to the meeting of noble products in gala clothes in the heart of fine and delectable alliances. His concept of cuisine: "Eat the real thing". Behind each dish is a story. The blue lobster is a tribute to his father that evokes the emotion, taste and flavour of a man who one day decided to follow in the footsteps of the man to whom he owes everything. A 3 star experience, not to be missed.

They serve really well burnt bread that overpowers all the food, we had bones in the fish dish and the plastic wrap leftover in the appetizer. The shocking thing about this restaurant is that it has 3 Michelin stars which is by far the worst Michelin restaurant l’ve ever been to. Maybe at one point the chef was good but the whole menu is very acidic and all over the place. I suggest keeping your money and try another 3 star one elsewhere.
