The owners welcome you to this 7 ha HVE certified estate. A new practice in Champagne, music for plants called "proteody" is used in the vines and in the cellar. According to Michel Loriot, a music lover at heart, music also gives the vine a better resistance to diseases and helps it to flourish. The vintages are available under the signature Apollonis Champagne Michel Loriot. A masterful favorite for Palmyre Brut Nature and Monodie, a Meunier Vieilles Vignes 2010 dosed in Extra-Brut. Singular works!
