Luxury hotel with 15 rooms all equipped with a minibar in Épernay.
Opened since September 2005, this hotel is a former bourgeois house of the late 19th century, which has belonged to Eugène Mercier, founder of Champagne Mercier, and transformed into a hotel of fifteen rooms each with their own style and a unique decoration, but always of great luxury and true refinement. All of them are equipped with minibar, safe, air conditioning, bathroom with bathtubs and enjoy the latest technologies (telephone, Internet, LCD flat screen TV with satellite). You can relax in the champagne bar, in the cosy small lounges, or take your breakfast in the glass restored in the style of this residence and enjoy the view of the park. At the edge of the terrace, you can also enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool at any time. Villa Eugene has a free and closed car park in the property. Personnel très peu professionnel et pas du tout standard d'un hôtel 5 étoiles.
Pas de climatisation fonctionnelle et petit déjeuner très médiocre. Les draps n'étaient pas vraiment propres et sentaient un peu l'urine dans la chambre. Quand je leur ai parlé, ils ne pouvaient rien faire en compensation et prendront votre argent de toute façon car il est déjà réservé. Je recommande fortement de prendre un autre hôtel et je ne le recommanderais à personne pour cet argent. Plutôt un hôtel 3 étoiles.
Voyage en famille fait en mars 2023 avec un bébé. Nous avons été très bien reçus. Un 10/10.
Je vous souhaite une belle saison que vous méritez amplement.
