It is in the centre of Epernay, opposite the prestigious avenue de Champagne, which is held on the second floor (with elevator) of this listed building which belonged to the Banque de France, this magnificent and spacious urban cottage, furnished and decorated with class in the respect of the original wooden floors, fireplaces and mouldings. Six comfortable rooms, five with double bed and one with a bed of 160 and a bed of 140, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a living room and a kitchen share the 380 m ² of this splendid apartment for luxurious stays in the heart of town.
