Excellent restaurant in Epernay. The foie gras was awesome and so were the desserts. Good champagne too (as expected in Epernay).

Must book ahead. Had oysters from Brittany and baked snails followed by rack of lamb and baked pigeon.
Very wide wine list esp champagnes of course. Excellent service and reasonable pricing.
Chef Chrisophe will be there to welcome every table.
