Wine estates Chouilly

The family has its origins in Chouilly, from the first acre acquired more than 200 years ago to the almost 30 hectares exploited today. Brigitte, François, Rémi, Olivier or Jérôme are the ones who receive and explain the work and the cuvées: Tradition, Rosé, Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut or Exigence. Everything is elaborated at the property and the producers will be happy to share their passion with you during a day of discovery. Located exclusively in Chouilly in the Côte des Blancs, 95% of the vineyard is planted with Grand Cru chardonnay and pinot noir grapes. Experience and tradition, combined with state-of-the-art techniques, guarantee a high standard of quality. Produced with respect for nature, two of our wines have been a great success: Champagne Brut Réserve, a 100% chardonnay, and Cuvée Grand Bouquet 2008, an open wine with notes of citrus and frangipane. Sublime!

The estate's cellars are located on rue des Tarnauds and can be visited by appointment. The estate's presses, vat room and laboratory are just some of the "curiosities" that will give you an insight into the champagne-making process. Cuvée Origine, a Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru, is a non-vintage brut aged for 3 years on laths. At the tasting session, you can sample 2-3 champagnes. Near the winery, you'll find the Jardin des Vignes, a museographic space where you can learn about the terroir of Champagne and how the vines are cultivated.

Manufactureurs de Grands Crus. Throughout the year, the company works sustainably on a charming 9-hectare vineyard, 7 of which are planted with Chardonnay Grand Cru. The wines are matured on a parcel-by-parcel basis to preserve all the specificities of each microterroir. The range comprises 6 wines with intriguing and original names: Author 2012, Redblend 9208, MG BB Vintage, MG BB Spirit, MG BB Nature and MG BB Sugar Vision. Special mention goes to their MG BB Vintage, a complex, spicy, biscuity, fresh and lemony 2015 vintage that transcends the years with energy!

Anchored in the heart of the prestigious Côte des Blancs, the Nicolas Feuillatte estate brings together, in a unique cooperative model, 4,500 winegrowers with incomparable know-how and invites you to an extraordinary visit that will charm the senses. The tour plunges visitors into the heart of the stages of champagne production, with an impressive view of 200 vats lined up. The tour ends with a commented tasting of one to three champagnes from the range, depending on the formula chosen.

Since 1997, Pascale has been the guardian of this fine family history and of a sumptuous vineyard covering 9 hectares.
