On the menu, the exoticism of Thai-style beef carpaccio with wasabi mousse meets the sunny flavors of yellowtail pavé with mussel and chorizo sauce. The great classics are revisited with inventiveness: saddle of lamb is adorned with Lebanese cream and creamy polenta, and almond-breaded poultry supreme in a honey jus delights the taste buds.
