Chambre confortable.
J’ai essayé d’annuler qq jours auparavant mais mon annulation n’a pas été prise en compte. La veille on m’annonce qu’un compromis va être trouvé, le lendemain qu’ils ne peuvent rien pour moi, le tout en me raccrochant quasiment au nez.
Non seulement l’établissement a refusé de l’accommoder mais surtout les trois personnes que j’ai eues au téléphone pour expliquer ma situation étaient très agressives.
Passez votre chemin, personnes uniquement motivées par l’idée de vendre plutôt que de satisfaire leurs consommateurs, il y a des chambres d’hôtes bcp plus accueillantes et douces, qui cherchent la satisfaction de leurs clients avant de compter leur caisse.
