Wine estates Barbonne-Fayel

The vineyard covers nine hectares, more than half of which are located on the Sézannais hillside, and four hectares on the Vitryat hillside and Côte des Bar. As a result, the estate boasts a fine diversity of grapes and aromas, which are reflected in its wines. Discover the Brut Variance, aged for two years in our cellars, and the Cuvée Authentique, a 100% Chardonnay champagne made from old vines and aged in oak barrels. A pure delight!

Located in Barbonne-Fayel, this family business owns a dozen hectares spread over the Sézanne and Côte des Bars regions. With his 3 sons, Jérôme, Lionel and Laurent, Pierre Launay offers you very well worked wines. Their Brut, regularly awarded, caught our attention. In the Gold range, the Grande Réserve and the very beautiful Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut also impressed us. For them, we want to put the small dishes in the big and go hunting for the most beautiful products to concoct amazing food/wine matches!
