Culture Saint-Dizier

On more than 1200 m ², this free and free access library offers a wide range of documents to be consulted on site or to borrow for members (free registration): books, comics, dozens of magazine titles as well as newspapers, audiobooks, Cds of all musical genres as well as DVD movies and documentaries. Internet access is free of charge via Wifi. This library is distinguished mainly by its numerous free animations for small and large: Reading stories, games to discover a country, mangas workshops, concerts, theatre and computer club.
