Created in 2015, the Vallage saffron farm takes you on a journey of discovery of this amazing spice as you've never seen it before, from the planting of 40,000 crocus bulbs on 20 acres of land to the hand harvesting of over 75,000 flowers in October. Then it's time to prune and dry the pistils. In the shop of the saffron farm, you will find the spice in many variations: saffron fruit jams, olive oil, vinegar, mustard and honey with saffron and even a tea jelly perfect for foie gras.
