Located in the heart of the old town, sheltered from the ramparts, a small holiday air for the xviiith century facade and woodwork. You will taste traditional regional cuisine tasty. Beautiful tables, well prepared with real tablecloths, chairs… The charm of the old one. Unmissable on entry or flat: the ouyette of Langres, whose origin dates back to the Middle Ages. They are puffed paste slippers containing delicious apple-based preparation in goose fat, candied duck flesh, flavored with Burgundy light white wine. Here, you will have understood, the kitchen is rich, the plates copious. We appreciate the drink, wine and coffee, well thought out.
