BRASSERIE ARTISANALE DE VAUCLAIR

The tradition of the Haut-Marne region is alive again with this craft brewery, La Choue, installed in the barn of the former Vauclair priory. The beers are brewed according to traditional methods of double fermentation. La Choue is a naturally cloudy craft beer as it is brewed on yeast lees. It can be found here blond, brown, white, triple refermented and red. On weekend evenings, you can drink a pint on the premises. Guided tours are possible.
