Haute-Marne tradition comes alive again with La Choue, a craft brewery housed in the barn of the former priory of Vauclair. The beers are brewed using traditional double fermentation methods. La Choue is a naturally cloudy craft beer, aged on yeast lees. Available here in blond, brown, white, triple refermented and red. On weekend evenings, you can enjoy a pint on site. Guided tours are available.
