Finally a friendly restaurant-pizzeria in the countryside. The road to Châlons, leading to Reims and Vatry airport, was not rich in places. It is made with this pizzeria, instead of the well-known mill, below the road. Here, we certainly have a pizzeria, but an effort of the boss to offer in addition to the quality, the beauty of the dishes! Chocolate mousse, for example, is not in a common cup, but wearing a pretty chocolate wreath! Guillaume Pinsot has thus invested himself physically, professionally, to offer a decor, a plate, a warm service. Apart from pizzas, you can take more conventional dishes: fish in a plate that you can be surprised at, seafood casserole... The river seems to inspire the chief! You will be quiet, with a well stocked plate. What more could you ask for?
