SAINT-PIERRE-ET-SAINT-PAUL CHURCH - STAINED GLASS WINDOWS BY DAVID TREMLETT
The creation of stained glass windows, which the Church of Saint-Pierre and Saint Paul has enjoyed, has been unequaled in France for 20 years by its size and unique dimension: There can be 25 bays, for a total area of 200 m 2, signed by British artist David Tremlett, and made by the prestigious masters of the Simon Marq workshop of Reims, these modern and geometric windows give the church a warm atmosphere where the colored light of the twenty-first century plays with the majestic The architecture of xiiith and sixteenth centuries, which it happily rises. This church is located on the track of the remarkable stained glass windows, marked as part of the Cité du Vitrail route, which is the subject of sightseeing tours during the Heritage Days. Thank you to Maurice Boulley, the generous donor, for all this work.
