Christian Chavanon, star chef of Hostellerie de Pont-Sainte-Marie, now exercises the Bois du Bon Séjour. A unique menu, "like home", finally almost because here we feel rather in a large restaurant… except for the price! The place only opens at noon, except in the evening, with gourmet menus for less than forty euros. No card, the surprise is in the plate full of authentic and tasty products. The mouth comes quickly and follows a beautifully prepared entrance. The view of the tree park is complete serenity. We forget that the lake road is right next door… Theme evenings are offered, with a menu for two people at 69 €, champagne included.

Nous voici revenus trois ans plus tard...mais cette fois pour un déjeuner "à la carte" (la première fois c'était pour le mariage de ma soeur).. wow .. mais quel bonheur .. L'excellence même tant au niveau des mets que du service, dans un lieu convivial.. un menu saveurs d'exception. Une bien belle "Maison" où nous retournerons encore et encore.. Merci Madame et Monsieur pour votre professionnalisme et toutes vos attentions.
