Restaurant concocting a traditional and family cuisine with fresh products

This is a small, unpretentious inn serving traditional, even family-style cuisine. But Sophie's claim to simplicity doesn't mean she can't offer quality: she buys from local producers to ensure her produce is fresh and as organic as possible. This choice, which also leads her to reduce the menu, does not hinder her creativity. Inspired by her many travels, she likes to infuse her dishes with Asian influences and Mediterranean accents. A lovely little address where you'll be pampered by pleasant service.

Une adresse incontournable non loin de Cheverny et Chaumont. La carte est restreinte (gage de qualité) et composée de produits frais et locaux. Le service est impeccable et la terrasse paisible. La France se porterait sans doute mieux s’il y avait davantage de restaurants de ce style!

Restaurant incontournable et proposant des produits frais et de très bonnes qualités.
Le choix de vins locaux est en parfaite harmonie avec la carte.
Mon petit bémol reste le prix entrée, plat et dessert à une quarantaine d'euros.
Pour le reste, rien à dire.
