Le Clos des Sureaux offers traditional bourgeois cuisine based on fresh, local produce, grown if possible in its vegetable garden or orchard, depending on the season and production. He has obtained the state label Maître Restaurateur because he uses more than 90% fresh and raw products, and also because he favours the use of local products, obtained in short circuits or organic.
