Wine estates Le Controis-En-Sologne

For a little more than 120 years, 5 generations of the Delaille family have succeeded each other at the Salvard estate. Expanded over the years, it has grown to 45 hectares and today it is Emmanuel and Thierry who perpetuate this family passion. The estate, which won prizes as early as 1933, exports most of its production, especially whites, throughout the world. For several years now, the estate has been using sustainable farming methods and offers the astonishing Vin d'O which has the particularity of aging under 12 meters of water in the Bay of Morlaix. Domaine de Veilloux is a winery located in Controis-en-Sologne. This family-run estate, which has been in business for 6 generations, is renowned for its organic viticulture and winemaking, managed by Arnaud Quenioux since 2007. The estate is often highlighted for its red Cheverny wines. Domaine de Veilloux wines have been selected in the Guide Hachette des Vins. The domaine also produces white wines, with a cuvée made from 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Orbois.
