Self-service, you know? They all disappeared, but Flunch managed to keep the formula by improving some of the dishes proposed, because before, it was really not good, the sole meat sole of shoes, warm and mellow vegetables, the bread almost stale… In brief, Flunch was not the paradise of gastronomy, but now it is not so bad. Every evening and Sunday, fried mussels are at will. At noon, in the afternoon or in the evening, there is always a way to order a small steak, a little fried or green beans, a good ice, a coffee, and the turn is played. La qualité de la nourriture dans celui de St Jean de la Ruelle est correct par rapport à d'autres flunch... je pense à celui de Baule où franchement je ne retournerai plu car légumes froids et pas bon, viandes réchauffée toute la journée donc sèche...!
Niveau hygiène, c'est plutôt moyen... nettoyer les plaques de cuisson avec une éponge noire, et servir l'assiette des gens sans le laver les mains, ça m'a dégoutée !
