Located on the edge of the forest of Orléans, this 150-hectare park includes, among other things, a sports circuit in the forest to be made with family or friends, as well as a large lawn that allows a picnic when the days are soft and sunny.
This municipal coal park houses the bustling centre of the City of Orléans and each summer becomes a leisure centre. The castle built between 1895 and 1900 allows for a wedding room rental.
The area will remain in the Prot family, perfumers until 1946 before being bought by the City of Saint Cloud to carry it out on holiday. The city of Orléans acquired the domain in 1974.
The area is a breeding ground for wild fauna and flora, 80 animal species have been identified in Coal and at night, wild boar and deer come out of wood…
Seul ou en famille est ou ours un plaisir de se promener dans le parc à la recherche de champignons ou de châtaignes.
Et si vous avez de la chance, vos pourrez apercevoir la faune sauvage qui peuple la forêt.
Ce parc est également un super point de rendez vous pour pratiquer la course à pieds dans les nombreux chemins très ben entretenus.
