LE TUBERCULE

If you want to come and eat at the TUBercule, you'll have to look for eyes a turquoise Citroen Tube. Sometimes in Saint-Hilaire, Ingré, or Olivet, the TUBercule wanders around Orléans and stops for lunch and dinner to satisfy the appetite of local workers and people passing through. Here, good burgers are served and, above all, home-made and fresh local products are valued: the bread is made in Saint-Hilaire-Saint-Mesmin in the Loiret, and the meat is French. Each burger contains carrots, red onions, black radishes, salad and French Emmental cheese. Then choose a classic (beef, chicken or vegetables) or a more sophisticated one (raclette and bacon or goat and honey, for example). The fries are crispy and melting at the same time, just the way we like them! As for drinks, forget the big brands: we offer you La Beauceronne lemonades and sodas, produced in the region. As a bonus, the packaging provided is all compostable and, even better, you can bring your own container (the packaging costs will then be deducted from the bill). The dishes are tasty, the food-truck is eco-friendly and the welcome is cheerful: the TUBercule has it all!
