Place du Martroi, a self-respecting town in Orléans, whose name comes from the word martyr.

You can't avoid the Place du Martroi. The name "Martroi" comes from "martyr", and it was precisely here that, at one time, exorcisms were performed... Nowadays, people stroll, cycle, walk and children enjoy the imposing Palace Jules Verne carousel, which turns heads like the pages of this adventurous writer's books... In winter, the Ferris wheel opens up a panoramic view of the city, giving us a different view of the city. It is the very heart city centre of Orleans with the famous statue of Jeanne d'Arc on his horse, at the crossroads of the main streets of the city to know rue de la république with its FNAC and its beautiful shops (optics, shoes, newspapers,...)leading straight to the beautiful station (recently renovated), rue Bannier emerging large Médiatèque, with its rue Royale

arches also home to numerous shops and

restaurants, crossing descending to the Loire, the rue Jeanne arcade with its beautiful and large cathedral,...

finally, many beautiful things to see, beautiful monuments with vister.
