La Loire à vélo – D'Orléans à Saint-Denis-en-Val

This easy route connects the cities of Orleans and Saint-Denis-en-Val along the south bank of the Loire. Leaving the city at the René-Thinat bridge, you will leave the city behind and find yourself in the countryside. The trail takes you to the Ile Charlemagne recreation area, whose water features attract many water sports enthusiasts. This section is part of a circuit linking Saint-Hilaire-Saint-Mesmin and Saint-Denis-en-Val, along the Loire.
