The A.S.P.T.T. (Sports Association of Postal and Telecommunications), Gymnastics Section in Orléans offers gymnastics at your pace and according to your wishes: a sporting gymnastics or a competition gymnastics is the choice. Various workshops are being put in place: Baby Gym, Maintenance Gymnastics, Step, Muscle Reinforcement, Stretching… A test session is possible thanks to a coupon to be withdrawn at the price of 5 euro, which will be deducted from your contribution.
