This association has nearly 200 members and offers Tai-Ji Quan courses, martial art based on «meditation, the art of movement, the training of relaxation and breathing». The teaching of Tai-Ji Quan is complete from the beginner to the higher level and framed by qualified teachers and state graduates. Qi Gong is practiced in a static or dynamic way, it aims to get rid of the stress of everyday life and society by working the person on the breath, muscle relaxation and mental calm… A whole program, extremely beneficial to body and mind. In addition to collective courses, the association organizes every Monday night a free practice in Pasteur park in the heart of Orléans. The courses take place at the Maison des arts martial (Orléans Madeleine), the Palais des sports d'Orléans or the Centre d'animation sociale du quartier Saint-Marceau.
